To maintain a productive and respectful environment for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines.
The Headphone Rule: Headphones are our "Do Not Disturb" signal. If a member has them on, please send a digital message instead of interrupting.
No Speakerphones: Always use a headset for calls and video meetings at your desk. Move group discussions to the lounge or a meeting room.
Phone Booths: Use booths for private or lengthy calls. Please aim to keep sessions under 60 minutes to allow other members access to the space.
Chats & Volume: Keep desk chats brief and at a low volume. If a quick chat turns into a collaborative session, please move the discussion to a lounge area.
Meeting Rooms: Please book rooms in advance via our online system and end meetings on time so the next member can start on schedule.
Kitchen Hygiene: Wash and put away your dishes immediately. Dispose of food waste properly and keep the fridge clean for everyone.
Printer Etiquette: Use equipment responsibly. If you notice a paper shortage or a technical glitch, please notify the Community Manager via WhatsApp.
FlexiDesk Etiquette: If you use a flexible desk, please clear all trash and personal items daily. Use the provided amenities to wipe surfaces before you leave.
Fresh Air: Feel free to open windows for ventilation! Just check with your immediate neighbors first to ensure the temperature is comfortable.
Aroma Awareness: To keep the workspace air fresh, please enjoy strong-smelling meals in the kitchen area rather than at the desks.
Scent Sensitivity: Be mindful with strong perfumes or colognes, as some members may have sensitivities or allergies to certain scents.
Power Responsibility: Use outlets wisely. Help us stay green by switching off lights in empty rooms or meeting areas when you are finished.
Personal Belongings: Keep your items organized and out of walkways. Note that Liptov Hub is not responsible for lost or unattended valuables.
Locking Up: If you are the last person to leave, please ensure the premises are securely locked according to the exit checklist posted by the door.
Guest Policy: All guests should be registered with the Community Manager via WhatsApp upon arrival to ensure they are welcomed properly.
Data Security: Be mindful of your data privacy while on shared Wi-Fi and avoid accessing sensitive information without a secure connection.
Social Zones: Don't be a stranger! The kitchen and lounge are great places to say hello, network, and share your knowledge with others.
Be Inclusive: Be open and welcoming to new members. We strive to maintain a friendly, professional, and inclusive vibe for everyone.
Stay Connected: Use our designated WhatsApp community group for announcements, spontaneous coffee breaks, and community news.
Lead by Example: By following these rules, you set the standard for a great workplace and help your fellow members do the same.
Technical Issues: Encountering Wi-Fi or hardware trouble? Report any technical or facility issues directly to the Community Manager via WhatsApp.
Tactful Reminders: If a neighbor is being disruptive, it is okay to politely remind them of these rules. A kind word solves most issues!
Conflict Resolution: Address concerns with others respectfully. If a situation requires mediation, please involve the Community Manager.
